The meeting is held during 25. – 17. July 2024. If you are not able to attend the whole weekend, the main Rally and program is taking place on Saturday. However, we are sure that you are going to regret missing the Night Rally on Friday. 🙂

Paulisz Ranch is located in Dolne Obdokovce village, right behind football field. When you enter nice gate to the area, please turn righ and continue up the hill. On Google Maps it is sometimes easier to look for “Janos Esterhazy pilgrimage” – this is in the area and very close.

Program
Time schedule can change a little but we will try to follow this course of action:
Thursday
Arrival from 04:00 PM (if you want to come earlier, please let us know)
Please state your interest of dinner in the registration form.
Friday
If you do not come on Thursday, registration for the event will be from 5:00 PM
During the day we will ejoy trip, meal or other not very demanding or difficult activity.
Night rally with fun tasks starts at about 08:00 PM (when the dark begin). Please state in the registration form if you would like to take part.
It is advised to book accommodation at the Ranch so you could enjoy the event to its fullest potential. You can state your interest for the accommodation in the registration form.
Please state your interest of dinner in the registration form.
Saturday
Breakfast: 8:00 – 9:00
Registration: from 8:30 for those arriving only on Saturday
9:30: Transfer to BMW – RIJA Bavaria, Dražovská 3282/17, 949 01 Nitra
We’ll try to keep the convoy together for as long as possible.
10:00: Start of the disorientational rally from the BMW parking lot
Rally ends: by 16:00
(Meanwhile: result counting, discussions, raffle ticket sales, photos…)
Rally results announcement: around 18:00
Raffle draw (donations are welcome!)
Dinner: 18:30 – 19:30
Victory celebration, social gathering, and drinks with friends
Sunday
Departure home. In case of sufficient amount of participants, a small trip to the castle / nature / other interesting places is possible.
Accommodation
Based on limited capacity and previous years experiences, accomodation has to be paid in advance. Cancellation possible 14 day before start with full refund. If you fill our registration form with request for accomodation, please wait for e-mail from us with specific information.
Accommodation has capacity of 60 beds. Participants staying the whole weekend will be given preference. Accommodation is in three types of rooms – apartment, “apartment unit” and basic rooms. Apartment consists od two rooms with own social premises – on room usually with double bed and the other room with two separate beds. Apartment unit consists of max. 4 rooms (with 1, 2 and 3 beds) in one unit and two shared social premises just for this unit. Basic rooms are just basic rooms with two or three beds and shared social premises on the hallway.
Building is quite new, not an old camp 🙂
Pets are not quite prefered from owners of the accomodation. But they alow them – ideally small bread and with their own sleaping place (not using hotels bed). Please, be considerate and take care of your pets. We would like to use this area and accomodation also next year :-). Fee is 5€/night.

Saturday dinner 5,5€/serving – recommended for all, as there is basically no other place to go.
